Interactive Social Media Content Series
Advent time is an audience-driven daily content series built around engagement, prediction, and retention-based storytelling, designed to create daily viewer return through audience participation and structured episodic content.
This self-produced project is a 24-day interactive social media series where audience polls influence daily content outcomes, combining entertainment, engagement strategy and structured episodic editing for a successful ongoing 6-year life-span.
WHY IT WORKS: THE ENGAGEMENT LOOP
STEP 1: THE HOOK
Personality driven intro, leading to “what’s behind today’s door?”
STEP 2: AUDIENCE POLL RESULTS
Audience poll results from the previous day revealed, showing audience predictions for this episode’s chocolate.
STEP 3: CONTENT DELIVERY
The chocolate of the day is revealed!
STEP 4: Ranking & Disscussion
Engagement is driven in comments and DMs through discussion about the chocolate of the day, my opinions and rankings after eating the chocolate, and predictions for the next episode’s chocolate.
STEP 5: COMPLETING THE LOOP
A new poll goes live for the audience to begin voting their predictions on the next episode’s chocolate, completing the engagement loop.
